How ticket purchases, transfers, and refunds work.
All event registrations and ticket purchases for Austin Awake gatherings are processed through Tickettailor, our third-party ticketing partner. Payment information is collected and processed by Tickettailor directly — Austin Awake does not receive or store your card details.
Tickets are generally non-refundable. If something comes up, refund requests made at least 7 days before the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests made after that window are not guaranteed a refund, though we'll always do our best to work with you.

Can't make it? You're welcome to transfer your registration to someone else at no charge. Just have the new attendee bring a copy of your confirmation email, or let us know ahead of time at 512.261.3091.
If Austin Awake needs to reschedule or cancel an event, registered attendees will be notified by phone or email and offered a full refund or the option to transfer registration to the new date.
